My husband is not an ideal client.
An ideal mate, yes, but an ideal client?? No. However, long before I actually became a coach, I was passionately engaged in helping him and most everyone I met – or even talked to at bars back in my drinking days – to follow that still, small voice of wisdom that lives inside us all.
And this year, for my birthday, he has given me a gift supah close to my heart of hearts – a testimonial about how coaching has changed the course of his life. It’s so sweet and so funny…
Wow! I was surprised–when confronted with a decision of whether to “toe the party line” at a critical moment in my career or go down a riskier path, Nona inspired me to pursue my calling…resulting in spectacular success!
In fact, Nona’s quick, cutstraighttotheheart approach to coaching convinced me she had a real knack for this business….even before any formal training! So while she has completed gobs of trainings all over the freakin’ country, I am convinced any client of Nona’s has found the biggest guru in the business quite simply because it is what she was born to do! What do you expect? She lives and breathes this stuff and has worn out three pairs of headphones over the past year helping YOU down your right path. (Okay, Kelsie the dog ate one pair but you get the point.)

I *love* Eric’s blurb! He’s so funny AND he ‘gets’ you! Lucky woman!
I got two main things out of working with you – one was looking at all my SHOULDS and replacing them with I WANTS – subtle shift but so important when I *want* to be disciplined about xyz rather than should be! The other thing is that I have a conscious intention about my business now – and it is in the front of my mind that how I get there is as important as where I wind up. Business is still challenging (darn economy) but the practice of my business is mostly tons of fun with this approach.
There’s a bunch more too, but I’ll stick with the business-y bits of what you’ve given me!!
