Reconnecting with your 2010 Intention

February 21, 2010

It’s mid-February already!

Were you caught up in the rush of positive intention and motivation in December and early January?  Did you set an intention or a theme for your year?

Is your intention continuing to inspire your actions and change you in 2010?

You may, or may not, remember that my theme for 2010 is “Lean In“.  I’m finding myself leaning in to all sorts of juicy stuff, both wonderful and hard.  I can hardly believe that it’s only been 6 weeks since the new year began – so much has already changed for the better.  That is the power of an intentional theme, and I hope you are feeling some changes in your own life.

Even if you’ve lost your focus, it’s okay.  The beauty of letting intentions and themes guide your year is that you can reconnect with your theme anytime.  In fact, I imagine that if you reflect on the last six or seven weeks, you might find that even if you haven’t been actively thinking about it, it’s worked some magic in your life. This might be a good time to take stock of your year with the All Purpose Review, and to revisit how to make your intentions stick.

If you are finding yourself unable to even *think* about the greater intentions you have for your life because things are so stressful, join me on Monday, February 22nd for a free call: More Success, Less Stress.  We will talk about why life is so much more stressful now, change and our brain’s reaction to it, and finally, we’ll talk about strategies to decrease stress and increase success in all areas of our lives.  It’s going to be fun!  If you would like to join in, leave a comment and I will send you the call information, or, you can find the information on my Facebook page.

If you enjoyed this post and it seems like your thing, you could also sign up for the Wabi Sabi (nearly) Weekly eZine for (nearly) weekly articles, updates, offers, and other stuff that has grabbed my attention.
